Welcoming three new professionals to staff!

SIDES & Associates of Lafayette announces the addition of three members to its agency staff. The agency welcomes Jeff Eichholz as Director of Development and Stephanie Bain and Stephanie Hebert as Project Managers. Mr. Eichholz retired as a Marine Corps Lieutenant Colonel with 21 years of infantry and special operations experience, where he was most recently stationed at the Pentagon in Washington D.C. During his career Mr. Eichholz commanded from platoon through battalion. He finished his military career with the Operations Integration Group with the Under Secretary of the Navy at the Pentagon. In that position, he worked in leadership for national missions and interagency coordination, as well as Special Operations and Irregular Warfare Support to the Navy and Marine Corps. He brings additional talent to SIDES on the emergency response and disaster preparedness focus of agency business. Mr. Eichholz has unmatched experience in coordinating services for a number of agencies involved in U.S. national security operations around the world and brings his expertise, outreach capabilities and training experience to SIDES’ clients.

Ms. Bain comes to SIDES with an extensive background in the telecommunications field. She spent six years with Globalstar, managing satellite document export compliance, authoring company policies and procedures and developing technical support, training and customer service programs for hand-held satellite products. Prior to her time with Globalstar, she had eight years experience in Internet telecommunications, managing technical support, providing server administration and technical writing and training. She brings to SIDES strong project management, problem solving, technical writing, project coordination, and organizational documentation skills. Her ability to analyze, organize and manage projects is unparalleled and provides valuable assets to agency clients. Ms. Hebert joins SIDES after three years of doing project work for the Shaw Group dealing with Hurricane Sandy response in New York, the Bayou Corne sinkhole in Louisiana and the BP Deepwater Horizon oil spill response. She also served as outreach coordinator for the state’s Hazard Mitigation Grants Program. Prior to her time with the Shaw Group, Ms. Hebert worked with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) on disaster recovery in Oklahoma, North Dakota, and Louisiana providing media relations and video and still photography services. She also previously served as producer for CBS, Fox News, and MSNBC in Louisiana and New York. Ms. Hebert brings a wealth of media experience and project management skills to the agency. Her role with SIDES with be to serve as a communications liaison with numerous government clients and to coordinate multiple ongoing projects SIDES is a Lafayette-based full-service communications, public relations, strategic planning, marketing and project management firm. We are members of the American Association of Advertising Agencies (4A’s), the premier membership association in our industry. Election to 4A’s is by invitation only; members must abide by the highest of business ethical standards and exhibit ongoing best practices in client work. Our firm is also an award-winning member of the Public Relations Society of America and members of the Association of Strategic Planning and Disaster Preparedness and Emergency Response Association. SIDES opened its doors on November 8, 1976, with two (2) people and three (3) clients. Throughout the past 37 years we have worked with some of the premier companies within their respective industries, throughout the State of Louisiana, across the country and internationally.
